How to Order
Placing an order is simple! Browse the online store, select your items, and add them to your basket. You can view your selections at any time by clicking the basket icon.
Before finalising your order, the total price and delivery costs will be shown. By clicking the [proceed to checkout; order with obligation to pay] button, you confirm your intent to purchase. You will receive an email acknowledgment summarising your order, but this does not confirm acceptance of your purchase. Your order is officially accepted once the items are dispatched, as detailed in a confirmation email. Ownership of the items transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.

Non-Food Products
For any non-food items purchased (e.g., merchandise), returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Best Before and Product Freshness
Our coffee is roasted in small batches. For best flavour and quality, we recommend that coffee is consumed within three months of the roast date. Best before information is provided on the packaging. Coffee should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Allergen Information
Our coffee products consist of roasted coffee beans only and contain no added allergens. Coffee is not a regulated allergen under EU law. While we take care in our handling and packaging processes, our products are prepared in facilities that may also handle other food products. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before placing an order.
